اصحاب اخدود در قرآن گروهیاند که با آزار مؤمنان و سوزاندن آنان در گودالهای آتش شناخته میشوند. روایت آنان در سوره بروج با نکوهش ستمگران و بزرگداشت پایداری اهل ایمان همراه است. قرآن این یادکرد را برای نشان دادن هزینه ایمان و قطعیبودن داوری خدا درباره ستم به کار میبرد.
